With 27 years of military experience, Kristen is no stranger to moving and looking for a new home. Whether you’re exploring a new area, trying to find your closest grocery store and new schools, or you’ve lived here all your life, having someone who understands the complexities of moving is what you need in your corner.

 

Kristen was born and raised in Maryland, and after spending quite a bit of time moving around the country, she settled in Northern Virginia with her husband, where they now live and enjoy all of the things the DMV has to offer. Living in and falling in love with this region means that she knows all of the intricacies that make Northern Virginia a dynamic place to call home. After retiring from the military, Kristen joined her husband, Jurgen, on his Real Estate team, Mannheim Group, LLC.

 

They now cover Virginia and Maryland as a powerful duo with a combined 23 years in Real Estate. Kristen brings honesty, vision, and her communication skills to each transaction. Her family-like approach to each client means that each deal is personal, and Kristen takes their successes seriously.
